Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Process Project Cost Transactions
Using FBDI to Import Costs. An error occurs when the process 'Import Cost' is executed:
ERROR
--------
onestop_parallel_ess => System Error, No Action, as Retry will happen.
onestop_parallel_ess => Unknown Exception occured in One stop process
onestop_parallel_ess => Error message is => ORA-20999: Got: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row In PJC_TXN_STAGE_VAL_DERIVE Path: Mass_Process>Populate_COA_Id_plsql_Table>Mass_Validate>Mass_Derive> Stage: 100.00 Derive Organization_Id from Organization_Name

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.Load the costs records using FBDI
2.Run Import Costs process
