Symptoms

After Provisioning a WebLogic Cloud instance on OCI using the standalone WebLogic Server Marketplace image, when trying to install JD Edwards One-Click Deployment on the provisioned instance, it fails.

The JD Edwards One-Click deployment on WebLogic Server is failing as the root account is not available.
