On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Cost Management
When attempting to run create Cost Accounting distributions, the pre processor completes
the following error..

The consigned inventory transaction is missing the corresponding receiving transaction in Cost Accounting.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cost Accounting
2. Create Cost Accounting Distributions
3. Review exceptions
