Symptoms

When submitting Import Orders, but it fails with following Error:

[po.db.plsql.PO_PDOI_PVT..start_process.50.] EXCEPTION: An unexpected error has occurred.;SQLERRM = ORA-20001: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
at line 498 of FUSION.PO_PDOI_PVT.init_startup_values.0

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create CSV files using PurchaseOrderImportTemplate.xlsm
  2. Upload the CSV files
  3. Load Interface File for Import
  4. Run Import Orders
