Primary Contact DCL in Opportunity

When creating an opportunity, there is the standard Dynamic Choice List field named: Primary Contact.
When selecting an Account and clicking on the dropdown of the Primary Contact Dynamic Choice List field, you get a list with irrelevant Contacts, (Contacts unrelated to the Account).

This DCL used to return only the Contacts related to the Account that you have chosen to relate the Opportunity to.
