Custom analysis based on "Help Desk - HR Service Requests Real Time" does not return expected results

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to return the HR Help Desk Service Requests but it shows no results

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new analysis >select "Help Desk - HR Service Requests Real Time"
2. Select HR Reference Number and Severity columns
3. Go to Results
4. It shows no data

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the HR SRs
