Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cash Flow curves dialog box empty when defining a Cash Flow Template.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to add a new Cash Flows curves when defining a Cash Flow Template in in Prod & Stage environments.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Unifier
2. Open a Shell or Template
3. Expand Cost Manager
4. Click Cash Flow
5. Click on to add a New Cash Flow template
6. Enter the Cash Flow name in the General tab
7. Click on Curves tab
8. Click Add to add Curve
9. The Curves do not appear for selection, it's blank
