System Error When Logging through SSO, Even Test is Successful (Doc ID 2650712.1)

Symptoms

  Customer followed oracle documentation to finish configure the single sign on, Test is successful. When end user try to login through SSO, they get system error



Steps to reproduce:

1. Access fusion application
2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Security Console -> Single Sign-On -> Create an IDP entry
3. At Diagnostics and Activation page, click Test button and test succeed
4. End user try to login through SSO
User get a system error
