Symptoms

When attempting to delete the BML Util Libraries from a folder, such as the ORCL_ABO folder, the libraries are not deleted and an error is thrown:

Function UTILFUNCTION cannot be deleted because it is being referenced elsewhere. Check related rules and integrations.

This occurs even after removing all references to Commerce and Config and deploying both areas respectively.

From within the Related Rules page of these libraries an error can be seen:

Object 'function_id = 12345678' of type 'LibFunc' could not be found.

Changes

No direct changes were made to the environment.
