Problem Description:

A report/analysis that includes attributes from more than one dimension (more than one folder in the subject area) is missing records.

A report contains attributes from:

And the results are returning only those requisitions with a status of "Open". Requisitions in the "Approval" or "Draft" phase do not appear.
