When attempting to open the manager layout GTM_SHIPMENT, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Configuration and Administration, User Configuration, Manager Layout
2. Search for GTM_SHIPMENT
The above error appears in the logs.
