Goal

Q1)How to modify discount rule name?

Q2)How can customer change Rule Name?

1) Can this be done?
2) Can this be done from "Application Composer" sandbox? How?
3) REST service? How?

Business Requirement.
The rule name is used as the sequence of discounts. Assuming that customer has 5 rule names, 010, 020, 030, 040 and 050 it means that potentially can be applied 5 discounts\surcharges on the sales order lines in this sequence, first 010, second 020, third 030.... It can happen that one rule can be changed in the sequence position, for example rule 040 instead to be the forth discount to be applied as to be activated at first discount, it will solve if the user could rename the rule from 040 to 001

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to Manage Discount list - Edit: DISCOUNT LIST NAME -> Discount line -> Search -> Rule Name
Customer would like to have Rule Name used as sequence of discount so it will be useful to modify rule name. This is not possible from user interface as the field is grey out.
