Goal
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Service Requests
The customer has about 500+ assignment rules which route the Service Requests to matching queues. They are looking for a way to export them, but there is no export feature available in the application for this.
Is there any report that they can use to examine them? Going through the screen to examine rules is taking way too much time and is also error prone.
