ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
R19 OEC Incentive Compensation - Credit Transaction Analysis Results do not Render for Participants

When a Participant executes the Incentive Compensation Participant dashboard, no results are returned for his/her Credit transactions.

Using a Participant’s login customer attempted to create a custom Analysis using the “Incentive Compensation - Credits Real Time” subject area, and can only obtain results for the Credited Participant’s name.
If including any Source or Credit transaction fields in the criteria, no results are obtained.

When placing only the credit amount field in the Criteria, a null value is returned despite credit transactions being available for the Participant.
Same issue occurs when executing a custom Analysis from the “Incentive Compensation - Transactions Real Time” subject area.

This is impacting a Participant’s ability to reconcile Payments, Credits and Earnings, and requires immediate resolution
