On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Set Up Asset Lifecycle Management-Define Fixed Assets

Manage Account Rule & Journal Entry Rule Set is not opening under Fixed Asset Sub-ledger Application
We are doing the SLA configuration in UAT instance and the Account rules page and the Journal Entry rule set page is not opening under Fixed Asset Subledger Application. Can you please help on this?
