[IMPL SPT] Customer Name Not Appearing In The LOV For Correction Document For Poland (Doc ID 2651379.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

We are trying to run the correction documents for Poland program through scheduled process after Oracle 20 A patch application. The user has all required roles and access but the Customer name LOV is coming blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should be listed in Search.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Schedule Processes page
2. Search for Correction Documents for Poland ESS
3. Click on Customer parameter to search and add a customer

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the process for specific Customer.
