On : N/A version, Manage Collections

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Filter column on collection dashboard not searching all the customers

Filter panel functionality provided on the collection dashboard. But it is not searching all the customers.

Below are the customer name and their account number:

Mxxx 10000xxxxx
Mxxx 100007xxxx
Cxxx ltd 10000xxxxx
Gxxx 10000xxxxx

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Search using filter columns should return results.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Advanced Collections
2. Click on Query by Example option in the Dashboard
3. Search by customer name column

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform a search in the collections dashboard.
