On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Period Close Setup & Processing
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Calculation manager doesn't open up and return a blank page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to access to Calculation manager to get all the allocation rules tested.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Journals >> Tasks >> Create allocation rules
2. Calculation manager opens but doesn't show any application to proceed
