comparing V3 dates with V2 dates we found discrepancies like, If employee is re hired, V3 Seniority Dates is not picking the previous assignment dates
V2 has 4 jobs
V3 has Two Jobs
V2 has 2 Union Seniority Dates
V3 has one
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

V3 dates should be the same as V2
