Goal

On : 11.13.17.09.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Need to update self-signed certificate used for the Oracle Sales Cloud Outlook connector

Customer self signed certificate is expiring soon, so we need Oracle to update the self-signed certificate that is used for Oracle Sales Cloud Outlook connector

Customer has a on-premises ADFS 2.1 sever configured for their PODs. the new ADFS signing cert certificate as well as a Base64 export of the ADFS signing cert.
