Symptoms
While closing Cost period there are few records in 'Pending cost processing' that are related to manufacturing orders remains uncosted with below error message.
ERROR
The work order close transaction could not be processed because there are unprocessed transactions on this work order
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Work Order - Closed Status
2. Review period close validation shows xx records in error as 'Pending cost processing of work order close'.
