Symptoms

User trying to collect the Customer Data and its Ends With Error ORA-00001 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.MSC_COLL_TRADING_PARTNERS", Load Entity process for « Customers », planned every day at 13 :30, has been failing with error since 25/02/2020… (parent ID : 8315649)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Plan inputs
2. Running the collection with Parameters :Collection Type : Net Change Reference data Customer Suppliers Geographies
3. Navigate to scheduled Processes
4. Navigate to Scheduled process and observed the error in the log.
