PRC:SSP: Punchout Not Returning Items Back to Fusion When Using Chrome (Doc ID 2651667.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior:
Several customers have reported that when they use punchout, they search for items and add them to the cart, but when they return their cart into Oracle their basket is empty and the items are not brought back to the application.

Expected Behavior:
Customers need to be able to select items and add them to the cart and have the items remain in the cart for checkout

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Punchout to the suppliers
2. Select item and add to cart
3. Go back to fusion and the cart is empty.
