Can't Associate DataFox Companies To SFDC (Doc ID 2651746.1)

 Unable to sync DataFox companies to SFDC accounts in instances where there are possible matches.

I click the radio button next to the Salesforce account name, then click "sync," but nothing happens or sometimes following error is shown:

Error: Already Synced Error: SFDC Account or DF company already synced, SFDC Account Id: 0015A00001xwTXaQAM
