Merging Carts Loses Items post Login

Information in this document applies to any platform.
If an anonymous user adds some items to cart, then login with a registered profile, the items in the profile are lost.
- Register a profile and login.
- Add some items to cart, then logout.
- Add items to cart as anonymous user.
- Login with the registered profile, notice the items in the profile added at step 2 are not in the current cart.
