Merging Carts Loses Items post Login (Doc ID 2651833.1)

Symptoms

If an anonymous user adds some items to cart, then login with a registered profile, the items in the profile are lost. 

 

Reproducible steps

  1. Register a profile and login.
  2. Add some items to cart, then logout.
  3. Add items to cart as anonymous user.
  4. Login with the registered profile, notice the items in the profile added at step 2 are not in the current cart.
