When attempting to create transfer orders from the requisition from SCO
the following error occurs.

ERROR

A party could not be found for the requester provided on the line.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Transfer order requisition .

2. Check the requisition in the Supply chain Orchestration manage supply lines page .

3. Error : A party could not be found for the requester provided on the line is thrown .
