Symptoms

When navigating and opening certain auto-generated Business Process (BP) records within a project shell, the following error is generated:


ERROR
-----------------------
"Alert 500 Internal Server Error".


STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > BP Node > Business Process > Find the BP record where the issue has been observed > Attempt to Open the BP record.
  3. The error noted above is displayed.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
As a result, users are not able to open the BP record without getting the displayed error.
