Unable to Block Two Adjacent Slots Using Workbench (Doc ID 2652376.1)

Symptoms

When trying to block two adjacent slots using workbench, this cannot be performed.
This is working fine without using workbench.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Operational Planning, Appointment Management, Dock Scheduling Workbench
2. In Shipment Needing Appointments press on '+' and Search for ID and press Finish
3. In Shipment Stops select the location
4. In Appointment Chart select the date
5. Select the slot from 12:00 to 12:30 and right click and select Block Resource.
6. Do the same for the slot from 12:30 to 13:00.

Nothing happens this time.
