Last updated on NOVEMBER 13, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud Service - Version 11.13.19.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When user does not have edit privilege for the Service Request Header, most fields appear read only in Service Request, but Queue and Assigned to are not read only, and the Save and Save and Close buttons are also not read only.

When changing Queue or Assigned to fields and hitting the Save or the Save and Close button error is thrown:
Attribute set for LastResolvedDate in entity ServiceRequestAM.oracle_apps_crm_service_svcMgmt_srMgmt_srMgmtService_applicationModule_ServiceRequestAM.ServiceRequest failed

Is this normal behavior?
What is the cause of the error?
