On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Post Journal Entries
When attempting to post a Many to Many (M-M) inter company (IC) batch, the following error occurs, but the Allow IC processing is set to 'Y' for the ledger, according to the FUN IC diagnostic report.

SHRD0181: glperp() - err_str = The journal isn't balanced by balancing segment values and intercompany isn't enabled for ledger ABC. Details: You must enable intercompany or correct the journal..
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a M-M IC batch ready for posting.
2. Have IC processing enabled for the ledger.
3. Have dynamic insertion enabled or ensure the account combination used for all IC balancing rules are valid
4. Have the corresponding clearing company rule enabled using summarization level "Detail"
5. Post the journal Batch
