Wrong Remittance Bank Name and Branch Name displayed in Manage Receipts

The bank name and branch name displayed on Manage Receipt Page the is not the same as what was configured in cash management. As per checking the report in OTBI tool, the name for bank and branch are correctly extracted based on setup.

The business won't be able to record the collection because of this issue.

How to resolve this issue?
