Unable To Convert Edit Operating Lease After Period Of Addition Is Closed (Doc ID 2652504.1)

Symptoms

Unable to convert Operating Lease to Financial Lease.  Prior to 20A, the 'Edit' option was available which allowed the user to reclass the lease but now in 20A, the 'Edit' option is gone.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Navigate to Manage Leases > Leases page
     2. Click the Action drop down on the lease to reclass and cannot find 'Edit' option
