Email should be sent and message should be displayed under Communication tab
when Plan Review is completed.
No email was sent and no message was displayed under Communication tab when
Plan Review is completed.
STEPS TO REPLICATION
1. Under Setup and Maintenance> Communication Event, created an event under
Plan Review Completed to send an email to Agency Staff
2. Apply for a Permit. Completed the Plan Review. No email was sent or
received or appeared on the Communications tab.
