Error Manage Transactions:Definition XX Of Type Attribute Is Not Found In TransactionDFFVO (Doc ID 2652575.1)

Symptoms

When navigating to Manage Transactions page, periodically get the error  :

ERROR
Manage Transactions:Definition partnerAccountName of type Attribute is not found in TransactionDFFVO

Note: PartnerAccountName is a desriptive flexfield ( DFF ) that is associated to global segment ATTRIBUTE27

STEPS
1. Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Transaction , get error
2. Click OK to clear the error message
3. Re-navigate back to Credits and Earnings > Manage Transactions then the page loads

Changes

Initially the descriptive flexfield was associated to ATTRIBUTE6
User deleted this segment and created a new segment using ATTRIBUTE27

Setup And Maintenance > Sales : Incentive > Task :  Manage Incentive Descriptive Flexfields

Original flexfield definition:
     Felxfield Name: Base Transaction
     Flexfield Code: CN_TP_BASETRANS_DFF
     Segment Definition
         Name: Partner Account Name
         Code: PARTNER_ACCT_NAME
         API Name: partnerAcctName
         Table Column: ATTRIBUTE6

New flexfield definition:
    Flexfield Name: Base Transaction
    Flexfield Code: CN_TP_BASETRANS_DFF
    Segment Definition
         Name: Partner Account Name
         Code: PARTNER_ACCT_NAME
         API Name: partnerAcctName
         Table Column: ATTRIBUTE27
