Passport - Accurate Background Dashboard Link (Doc ID 2652874.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:
======
As a default, Oracle may apply an “Accurate Background Dashboard” link next to the "More Details" link.

The “Dashboard” hyperlink allows the Taleo user to access a “dashboard” view of all prior requests submitted by the user. 

Upon clicking this link, a pop-up window should open displaying the dashboard view for that user. 

When Taleo user clicks the "Accurate Background Dashboard" link from the candidate submission in the Recruiting Center an error occurs.


ERROR:
======
Request fails with the error 'This service request cannot be processed.'

Accurate Background returned an error: 'Internal Server Error during background check request. Notify service provider the following error message: null***'
