Sync Quote API Call Fails For Orders Having External Shipping (Doc ID 2652997.1)

Symptoms

Call to Sync Quote (/ccadmin/v1/orders/syncQuote) endpoint fails for orders with external shipping associated.

 

 

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add products to the cart
2. Go to checkout and provided shipping and billing information
3. Return to the cart and clicked the Request Quote button (which triggers Sync Quote API Call)
