ServiceNow Connector : Incident Alert got cleared The short description gets updated (Doc ID 2653033.1)

Symptoms

Once The alerts got cleared from the  "Servicenow" Notification Channel in OMC, The short description on raised on got changed automatically and this is not expected.

It should leave the comments as it is.
