ITEM_LOC_RANGING Fails During Business Validation with Multiple Errors

Symptoms
In Data Conversion Tool, business validation for ITEM_LOC_RANGING data fails with below errors:
1.ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error returned by program unit RMSSUB_ITEM_LOC_VALIDATE.CHECK_FIELDS.
2.Key value Receive As Type must be null.
3.Key value source_wh must be null.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Log in to DATA CONVERSION APPLICATION
2. Try to load the item_loc_ranging zip file consists of data files for NIL_HEAD and NIL_DETAIL prepared as mentioned in the Template.
3. See the errors in Business Validation Screen.
