Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Calculation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Processes remaining in running/paused state

While executing “Run all transaction process” process, including only the Calculation phase, so that in the process there are not the collection, crediting and classification phases (these processes where launched and completed before launching the actual process that is still in the running/paused state).

Here are the details of the processes in running/paused state, relative to the calculation:
• Run All Transaction Process
o Status: Paused
o Process by: specific dates
o Description: father process used to launch the calculation process, in paused state because it is waiting for the end of the following son processes.

• Calculate Incentive Earnings for All Participants
o Status: Running
o Description: son process generated by “Run All Transaction Process”

• Calculate Incentive Earnings: Calculate Eligibility
o Status: Running
o Description: son process generated by “Run All Transaction Process”



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectancy is to be able to run the processes in an efficient amount of time.
