Pop-up Data is not Shown in Second and Subsequent Clicks (Doc ID 2653532.1)

Symptoms

Popup shows data the first time, but not in subsequent clicks.
This issue started after the latest Visual Builder / OIC upgrade to 19.4.3.

In an internal sample app, it was noticed that the Invoice Pop-up data is not shown in second and subsequent clicks.

Tasks / Observations

(i) Table on the base page is a 'edit-all' mode table bound to an ADP (page) var.
(ii) Each row of table has several links. On click of Invoice Number column starts a chain that eventually opens a dialog.
       The dialog has another table bound to a different ADP defined on the flow.
(iii) When link on base page table is clicked these are the steps that happen -
      ** a progress dialog is opened
      ** a separate chain is called that fetches data and populates the flow ADP that dialog/table uses.
      ** then progress dialog is closed and then the actual dialog is opened.
(iv) Note that the ADP is populated before the dialog with table renders. First time dialog is opened and table renders
        the data is being shown correctly by component but second time dialog is opened the table shows no data.
