A Connection To The Server Failed Error When Updating the Plan Component

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When updating a descriptive flexfiled or any field on the Plan Component UI , the application takes long time to save and it throws one of these errors :
A connection to the server has failed. (status =504).
Navigator > Compensation Plan > Manage Compensation Plan > Edit ,SAVE
