Symptoms

While implementing EBS Single-Sign-On (SSO) using EBS Asserter and IDCS, the incorrect page appears when you are testing the system's WebADI functionality. When clicking upload the EBS navigation page is displayed, this should not happen when you are using the WebADI plugin.

The appropriate result is for a responsibility page unique to WebADI to appear for dropdown selection of the upload/import responsibility.
