Symptoms
Problem Description:
When trying to upload a Job Offer Letter Template in the Recruiting Content Library, the following error is displayed:
There was a problem with the storage system for the job offer letter template. (IRC-1590297).
This job offer letter template can't be uploaded to the BI Publisher server because the .zip file contains more than one report layout. Only one report layout can be included for a single item in the content library.
