On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Receipts

When attempting to edit a receipt through Manage Receipts UI, (unidentified, unapplied and applied receipts) the following error occurs.

Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create receipt via lockbox
2. Navigate to Manage Receipts
3. Edit receipt
