Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Imports formats setup page not responding
From manage item classes, Templates and Formats tab/ Imports format, users are not able to do any action (cannot create/duplicate/edit).
When clicking on edit button, nothing happens. same thing for any other action.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Import Maps to have their actions usable from the Manage Import Maps workspace.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Item Classes -> Templates and Formats -> Imports;
2. Try to perform action on the existing templates;
3. Notice that the UI inputs do not provide any response.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain item class setup.
