How to solve RMCS Contracts with REV recognized and accounted one year in advance (Doc ID 2653878.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Revenue Accounting

The RMCS Contracts have been recognized by mistake one year in advance and the lines were also accounted


This has happened after a user mistakenly ran the Recognize Revenue of Customer Contracts with 31-03-2021 as recognition date instead of 2020.

The Recognized amount on the Contract Header/POB Line should be the Total value of Revenue Recognized as of date/current month.

Please note that the future period dates are not yet open.

The Impact is very huge. almost 5000 Contracts are impacted and showing incorrect Revenue Recognized amounts
