Custom Role In ReadOnly Mode On Account And Activity Entity (Doc ID 2653901.1)

Customer have a strange behavior in one the custom role

1. This role gives the ability to view accounts using the territory assignment mechanism. All the records visualized by this feature are in read only mode.
2. Every user who is part of the impacted role does not have the writing rights on the records created by himself (Account and Activity entity).

How can we enable writing on this role?


Custom Role should have the update right also on Account and Activity entities
