Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to assign the time definition to elements,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
 "A time definition for a standard work week must use the static definition type. (PAY-1635796)
The standard work week defined on a payroll consists of 168 consecutive hours that don't change. It can be used to satisfy an assortment of legislative requirements.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. trying to assign the time definition frequency to elements;
2. error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign the time definition to elements.
