Goal
Users are unable to login to EC from Office 365 client.
Error: "Add-in Error Something went wrong and we couldn't start this add-in. Please try again later or contact your system administrator"
FINDINGS
-Desktop client WORKS
-Chrome Incognito mode still DOESN't work.
-EC login DOESN'T PROMPT SIGN-IN, a sign that it's not an app issue. Error pops as soon as clicking on the EC button in a new mail
