OTBI Report fails to populate customer

I have created an OTBI report using "Project - Cross Subject Area Analysis - Real Time" and "Project Billing - Revenue Real Time". The objective is to report Contract Profitability. Therefore I need Contract Details, Customer, Associated Projects, Costs, Revenue, Margin and Invoices in the same report.
However, I noticed for a some records the customer doesn't appear whilst costs, revenue and invoices did appear.


I noticed this happens when revenue or invoice amounts were not available for a particular period then customer information fails to appear.


The project is linked to a contract and therefore I would like to see the customer in the report regardless of revenue or invoice data for the concerned period.
